Student Problems with Chromebooks

As the district prepares for Day 1 of school tomorrow, we wanted to remind staff that student problems (damage, loss, etc.) with their Chromebook are processed at the logistics desk in each school.  Please do not enter a ticket into the Help Desk system that we use to track problems with staff devices and computer labs.  We process all student tickets in a system called Technology Management Tool (TMT) and the logistics desk has that access as well as technology staff members.
