Network Drive is not showing

Trouble shooting steps if you have a drive not showing: (i.e. S: drive or Y: drive)
Open the Computer icon to access Windows explorer and the drive mappings.
Find the existing \\XXX1\sharename, right click on it and hit disconnect.
Log off and back on and verify proper connectivity to \\r7fs\collaborate\…
You should not manually map this drive designation.
If you still do not see it, please submit a ticket immediately to the Help Desk with the categories shown below as we will be watching for those.
