Google Drive is a great tool for collaboration and sharing of documents, spreadsheets and many other file types. With all collaborative tools however, comes the responsibility to know who you are sharing with and what you are sharing. In a basic search of the LSR7 Google Apps environment, there are some items which are viewable by staff and students that are not intended to be public documents to all.
Could you be a staff member that has accidentally made a document viewable for anyone (both staff and students)?
Are you teaching ALL of your students to double check their sharing permissions?
Sharing permissions are explained at this link so please take time to review them. We encourage everyone using Google Drive to take time to review their Drive files and double check shared permissions on any file that is not private.
