The technology department is making you aware of a bug with the Powerschool mobile application not working properly in a particular instance. The issue only surfaces when parents have a combination of secondary and elementary students. Parents with secondary only students are not affected.
Until the app is updated by PowerSchool to fix this issue, parents should be able to log in separately as their secondary student(s) and see their information in the mobile application. This requires knowing the individual student credentials. Alternatively, as the best solution, a parent could just log in to the Powerschool Parent Portal on a tablet, laptop, or desktop device through the URL https://powerschool.lsr7.org/public/
